Marilyn continues to enrich her local community by giving back her time. Last Saturday, Marilyn and her son participated in an Adoption Event in Fort Myers for the Animal Refuge Center (ARC) and the Golden Retriever Rescue Association. The ARC teaches the public about responsibility of ownership and assists with adoption. The love and attention given by the staff and volunteers like Marilyn helps to give animals the opportunity of a happy life with a new family through adoption. Marilyn is such a giving person, she has adopted three dogs and two cats as part of her family. Harley, the puppy in the picture was one of the lucky adopted animals from Saturday’s event.
